- Problème relevé : impossibilité de justifier les absences dues aux règles (exceptées les personnes dans un cas extrême ayant un dossier au SSU)
- Solution : mettre en place un congé menstruel pour toutes les personnes ayant leurs règles à l'université (parmi les élèves et le personnel) = x jours de congés par année universitaire qui permet d'avoir une absence justifiée pour le motif de "règles douloureuses" + possibilité d'être excusées également pour les examens de CC (les rattraper le plus rapidement possible bien sûr).
Cf : mise en place de congés menstruels à l'université d'Angers en 2023.
- Acteur.trices = Administration + corps enseignant
- Moyen d'action = modification des textes juridiques de l'UPEC, passage de la proposition au SSU puis vote au CFVU.
