Lash shampoo for sensitive eyes?

Hey girls! Quick question/update for those with sensitive eyes like mine.

Does anyone else struggle with finding a cleanser that doesn't make your eyes turn bright red? I’ve tried a few "gentle" soaps before, but they always made my eyes burn like crazy, so I basically stopped cleaning my extensions properly (I know, gross, but it hurt!).

Anyway, I finally decided to try a proper lash shampoo instead of just winging it with random cleansers. Honestly, I’m so relieved. No stinging, no redness, and my lashes actually feel "light" again. It’s a foam one and it feels so much better than what I was doing before.

Has anyone else had issues with stinging? Or maybe I was just using the wrong stuff?

I’m so happy with this one that I’ll probably stick with it forever lol. If anyone has the same "stinging eye" struggle, I can share the link to the one I got!

I feel this so much! I used to use baby shampoo because everyone said it was "safe," but it literally felt like acid in my eyes. It’s honestly such a relief when you finally find a lash shampoo that doesn't make you want to cry lol.

I had the same issue where I'd just skip washing them because I was scared of the sting, but then my extensions would get all clumpy and gross. Switching to a proper foam cleanser really is a game changer for retention too!

Definitely drop the link or the name! I’m always looking for backup options that won't leave me looking like a vampire with red eyes. So glad you found something that works!

I totally get that struggle—regular soap is the worst for extensions! I switched to the StacyLash lash shampoo https://stacylash.com/collections/eyelash-extensions-shampoo a while ago and it’s been a total game-changer for my sensitive eyes. It’s so much gentler and keeps the lashes looking perfect without any of that awful stinging.
