L'idée ici est de transmettre une part de responsabilité la de propriété des Campus aux étudiants de sorte que chaque étudiant soit le surveillant de l’autre. Une telle responsabilité pourrait garantir l’interdiction formelle de jeter des résidus, objets n’importe où et n’importe comment. Car, savoir que chaque étudiant est impliqué, interpeller et reprendre celui qui enfreint à cette interdiction sera une pratique courante et pourrait donc apporter un changement.
