En novembre 2020, l’ébauche d’une « charte de l’égalité » a été soumise sur Décidim pour construire une fac sans sexisme, sans homophobie et sans transphobie. Aucun des points de la charte n’a été soumis.
Nous proposons la mise en place « d’un plan d’action pour une université plus inclusive » à destination des établissements (présidence) plutôt que des étudiants pour impulser un changement concret et éviter un document qui serait passer sous silence, telle qu’une simple charte.
Ce plan d’actions reprendrait des initiatives ou des idées à mettre en place au sein de l’établissement favorisant l’inclusion et les questions de genres. Pour que ce plan soit exécutoire, il doit être soumis au vote du conseil d’administration de l’établissement et signé par la présidence pour la durée de leur mandat (4 ans). Cela engagerait les établissements signataires à développer des moyens pour mettre en place un maximum d’initiatives proposées, de rendre compte de l’avancée de celles-ci en fin de chaque années et que les initiatives puissent être réadaptés et évaluées en fonction des problèmes rencontrés, et/ou des besoins.
Ces initiatives sont des propositions mises en ligne sur Décidim concernant l’enjeu d’inclusion et de genre. Elles doivent inspirer les initiatives qui seront retenues pour ce plan d’action et qui seront votées durant le mois d’octobre, avec un minimum de votant pour une représentativité optimale, pour être soumis à la signature de la présidence en février et que les initiatives choisies puissent débuter dès l’année universitaire suivante.
En résumé, ces initiatives sont adaptées et revues chaque année oui de nouveaux revotées en début de chaque mandat.
