Cela permettrait de faire des achats auprès des agriculteurs locaux, d’acheter des produits (y compris des produits bios) dans les supermarchés partenaires.

Acteurs : Mairie de Fontainebleau, Agglomération de Fontainebleau, UPEC, Crous, boutique solidaire de l'UPEC, supermarchés

Sous-proposition : 

Créer des tickets étudiants, à l’image que les tickets restos disponibles aux salariés. Ces tickets auraient la même valeur que ce que l’on dépenserait au Crous. Ils seraient valables dans les supermarchés (sur des produits pré-définis), boutiques solidaires, et autres lieux d’achat de nourriture saine.

Acteurs : Crous, agglomération et mairie de Fontainebleau, AMAP, commerçant.e.s
