The creation of a charter that would outline CROUS’s roles going forward
This charter translates into a dialogue with CROUS, which it would eventually sign, and to set up a follow-up by the UPEC sustainable development working group.
Examples of commitments:
- to source as much as possible from Seine-et-Marne;
- installation of a central kitchen in Fontainebleau;
- 3 compulsory vegetarian days;
- reuse of uneaten food;
- supplying the CROUS distributors with healthier products.

Je trouve cette idée de charte d'engagements du CROUS une très bonne.
Je me demande seulement, si certains des engagements pouvant figurer dans la charte, n'étaient pas sorties de la convention à un niveau plus contraignant.
Par exemple, j'avais compris que la proposition "les 3 jours exclusivement végétariens obligatoires" était une réelle demande. Dans cette proposition elle apparait comme facultative seulement.
