This charter translates into a dialogue with CROUS, which it would eventually sign, and to set up a follow-up by the UPEC sustainable development working group.
Examples of commitments:
- to source as much as possible from Seine-et-Marne;
- installation of a central kitchen in Fontainebleau;
- 3 compulsory vegetarian days;
- reuse of uneaten food;

What truly sets buffets apart is the feeling of celebration they bring, even on ordinary days. You don’t need a birthday or holiday to enjoy the happiness of unlimited food, laughter, and variety. A simple dinner at a buffet can turn into a memory you cherish. It’s not just the food but the whole experience of abundance, freedom, and togetherness. Buffets give you the rare chance to eat without limits, to try without fear, and to enjoy without worry. They remind us that food is not just about filling our stomachs but about filling our hearts with joy and comfort. Every bite carries a piece of happiness, and every visit leaves you with a smile.
