This document contains a number of proposals from the 1st and 2nd editions of the Students Citizen Assembly, on the respective themes of food and digital technology. The main aim of these proposals, which have either been implemented or are currently underway, is to transform the university in an environmentally-friendly way, by creating eco-delegates and a dedicated vice-presidency, and to improve students' daily lives, notably by distributing organic meal baskets, setting up solidarity grocery stores on the various UPEC campuses, and creating a digital and solidarity cluster. On Wednesday April 5th, a meeting was organized with the François 1er high school and students from the Fontainebleau Political Studies Institute at the Damesme campus in Fontainebleau, as part of the UPEC cultural festival.
The afternoon was divided into several parts. First, a theatre-forum scene was performed by 2nd year Master's students in European and International Studies. Then, a first version of the documentary produced by Yves Lechermeier was screened.

The Scientific Days on Environment are a multidisciplinary event for discoveries and debates around environmental research in Val-de-Marne. Open to all concerned citizens, as well as students, researchers, local actors, and territorial agents, they provide a synthesis of recent knowledge on a current topic.
