Le fait de planifier ses repas et de cuisiner en grosses quantités permettra de gagner en temps et d’éviter le gaspillage.
Les recettes devraient être partagées entre étudiants, en créant une archive partagée sur le site de l’école et/ou sur les réseaux sociaux.
Il s’agirait d’une initiative étudiante, avec le soutien d’une association étudiante (qui sensibiliserait les étudiants au meal prep en début d’année), du Crous, de diététiciens et d’experts de nutrition de l’université.

J'ai une proposition peut-être hors sujet.
Les personnes âgées ou retraitées ou simplement inactives sont nombreuses en France, et beaucoup cherchent à occuper leur retraite ou faire du bénévolat.
Pour certaines, c'est plutôt l'ennui ou le train-train qui règle la semaine.
Pourrait-on imaginer un partenariat entre ces personnes ou des associations qui les représentent et les étudiant.e.s ou ses représentant.e.s.
Cela pourrait prendre la forme par exemple d'aide aux repas (constitution/préparation voire approvisionnement) contre aide informatique ou internet ou tout autre service que la jeunesse peut apporter aux aînés et vice versa ou tout simplement un instant de présence et de partage entre générations ?.
Un interlocuteur pourrait-être la CFR (https://www.retraite-cfr.fr/) ou la Mairie de Fontainebleau qui pourrait mettre les différents interlocuteurs en relation ou les faciliter.
