La création d’un Espace Numérique de Travail commun permettant la centralisation des outils numériques étudiants
Nous pouvons voir un manque d’accessibilité à nos informations dû à un trop grand nombre d’applications et un problème lié à la communication, malgré des outils informatiques performants comme la bibliothèque Athéna. Ainsi, le droit à la déconnexion et le droit d’accès à ses propres donnés reviennent dans nos débats. Nous avons trouver une solution majeure pour répondre à ces différentes problématiques : la création d’un Espace Numérique de Travail ou plus généralement un ENT. Ce dernier devrait être à la fois un site mais aussi une application, pour une meilleure adaptation à l’étudiant, permettant de résumer en un pôle les différents outils actuels par exemple discord, outlook, discord, EPREL, TEAMS, ZOOM, cristolik, messagerie personnel, e-campus, ADE. De plus, il sera un pilier pour la sensibilisation des étudiants grâce à des vidéos explicatives, faîtes dans le respect du droit d’image, et un espace accessible à la totalité de nos informations. Néanmoins, de nombreux acteurs pourraient souligner des risques avec ce projet qui demande des fonds conséquents, un important espace de stockage ou encore une nécessaire suppression des données antérieures. Des questions auxquelles nous pouvons en partie répondre, avec par exemple un cahier des charges précis, implication de la DPO tout comme l’application et le respect du RGPD et un suivi des étapes par les étudiants, mais le budget qu’il demande reste massif.

e-campus est bien, mais au final n'est qu'une plateforme qui nous renvoie vers d'autres plateforme. L'idée de l'ENT est de tout avoir sur le même outil.
J'insiste également sur le droit à la déconnexion : encore trop souvent nous recevons des messages (parfois des informations du jour pour le lendemain) après 23h, voir minuit ou plus tard.
