How can we ensure real inclusion for students with invisible disabilities?

New participant and UPEC student. I recently read the Charter of Equality and appreciate its accessibility and non-discrimination commitments.
However, does the Charter or its implementation contain accommodations for kids with invisible disabilities (e.g., ADHD, chronic fatigue, geometry dash)? Physical accessibility is important, but less obvious challenges may be disregarded.
