Des boutiques solidaires permettraient d'alimenter les étudiants grâce à la récupération d'invendus, sur la base du volontariat. Elles seraient également un lieu de troc pour les étudiants. La gestion des boutiques solidaires serait prise en charge par les étudiants eux-mêmes.

Acteurs : UPEC, étudiants (gestionnaires), associations étudiantes (levées de fond, mise en contact), supermarchés (récupération d’invendus), CROUS, lycées agricoles

On pourrait demander à la Mairie de Fontainebleau de trouver des locaux et de faire un appel aux bénévoles pour la mise en place de la boutique solidaire de Fontainebleau. Les bénévoles travailleraient un certain temps par semaine et pourraient avoir accès aux produits à prix réduits. La Mairie pourrait par ailleurs ouvrir un poste de coordinateur.rice référent.e.
