NetherSX2 is an emulator for Android that enables you to play classic PlayStation 2 (PS2) games on your phone or tablet. With custom controls, save states, crisp graphics, and better BIOS support, it turns an ordinary Android phone into a PlayStation 2.

I tested NetherSX2 recently and it worked well with the BIOS files from https://allps2bios.com/
What I liked most was that the files were properly organized by version and region, so it was easier to pick the right BIOS for AetherSX2 and PCSX2 without confusion.
