En vue d'assurer une assistance morale et psychologique à toute personne victime d'attaque verbale ou morale sur son genre ou sa personne, cette cellule sera chargée de recueillir la plainte et d'accompagner les victimes plus faciliter un retour à la confiance et prévenir les prochains actes de ce type
