C'est une idée intéressante mais à travailler. Nous avons par exemple organisé le 16 novembre dernier deux formations contre le harcèlement au sein du laboratoire. Nous avons sollicité le CLASCHES pour cela et avons insisté pour les rémunérer (même si leurs formations sont souvent gratuites) afin de les soutenir.

Soutenir et encourager les associations est essentiel dans la lutte contre toutes formes de discriminations. L'EEP (Entité Émettrice Principale) pourrait jouer un rôle important en offrant un soutien financier à ces associations qui agissent en tant qu'acteurs clés.

En soutenant financièrement ces associations, l'EEP contribuerait non seulement à renforcer leur capacité d'action, mais aussi à accroître leur visibilité et leur impact dans la lutte contre les discriminations.
