Il s'agirait de mettre en place une cellule d’aide pour les étudiants étrangers/en échange afin de savoir s’ils sont bien intégrés à l’UPEC/dans leur université d'accueil, s'ils ont des problèmes administratifs, qui peuvent être un frein à la réussite de leur semestre.
