Publication de statistiques tous les ans ou deux ans sur le nombre de femmes et d'hommes salariés à l'UPEC pour tendre vers une parité. Il serait intéressant également de proposer un commentaire sur les statistiques et formuler des objectifs à atteindre.

It’s great to see a focus on gender equality with the publication of annual or biennial statistics on the number of male and female employees at UPEC. It would be even better if these statistics were accompanied by analysis and clear objectives to achieve greater parity.
