Il serait intéressant qu'un groupe d'étudiants et de professeurs soient nommés référents égalité.
Ils seraient en charge de faire la promotion des actions menées au seins de l'EEP, de la mise en place d'action de sensibilisation, ils effectueraient le suivie de la formation des étudiants sur ces questions enfin il seraient en charge d'établir chaque année un état des lieux.
